EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Exchange Policy

At Louminara Jewellery, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are pleased to provide you with store credit equivalent to the value of the item(s), excluding shipping costs, within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please note the following:

  • Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
  • All sales items, including those from sample sales, are final and not eligible for refunds, returns, or store credit.
  • Only items in their original condition, including packaging, qualify for an exchange.

How to Initiate an Exchange Process

To begin the exchange process, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email] with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Once your request is approved, we will guide you on how to send the item back to us.

Please note that the cost of shipping the item back for an exchange is at your expense. Ensure the item is securely packaged, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged in transit.

Refund Policy

While refunds are generally not offered, exceptions are made under certain conditions. If the product you receive is defective or does not match your order, we are committed to making it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to qualify for this. Note that a $5 fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Warranty

All jewellery purchases come with a 12-month warranty for colour-related issues and a 3-month warranty for manufacturing faults and defects, starting from the date of purchase. Please note that accidental breakage or general wear and tear, such as scratches, are not covered by this warranty.
